Your 60 days free support is based on our Gold level of service with the exception of the remote access which is free during this initial 60 days - provided you have an internet connection for us to use. If you purchase a Platinum level of support at the same time as purchasing the software then your free 60 days will also be at the platinum level of service.

We aim to answer all support calls immediately however if we cannot, we have a response time of 1 hr during normal office hours Monday - Friday 9-5. Outside of these hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 9 am Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10pm and weekdays from 5pm to 10pm we have an emergency out of hours mobile number.
