Buying online - concerned!

We process all credit card transactions through HSBC and do not use any other 3rd party collection agencies - your card details are secure.

We bank with HSBC.  You will pay for your software using HSBC own secure ePayments system. We DO NOT use any other collection agency. Your initial order (just name and address) is processed by www.romancart.com  from there you are taken to HSBC own secure  ePayment website. Its here that you enter your credit card details NOBODY ELSE BUT HSBC HAVE YOUR CARD DETAILS---NOT EVEN US.  Once the transaction is complete you are redirected to our download site.

That's OK you can call us and provide your card details over the phone we can then send you an email link for you to download the software or you can wait for it to arrive in the post normally the following day.

That's not a problem either you can send a cheque to us and we can dispatch the software a few days later: Please see our contact details for payment details etc.

If I buy online do I get a CD

Yes, you still get a CD sent to you in the post, within 2 working days of your order. If you want to buy online but not download the software you can wait for the CD to arrive in the post and install from the CD.
