Install and setup issues

When I click the 'Customer' button I get an error message saying "File not found"

This is because you have not run the security driver yet. Go to Manager ( you must log in as 'owner' with password po*******g) and go to Security driver push button 1 and install.

I am using Windows Vista and cannot install the Security driver.

You must turn off the UAC within Vista first - please follow our install instructions. You can find these either at the download page (see the email which we sent you containing the download link and follow this link again - or look in the CD in the ReadMeFirst folder). Once the security driver is installed turn the UAC back on. In brief: Start - control panel - User Accounts and Family Safety - User Accounts - Turn User Account Control on or off. Once you have turned this off re start PC then run security driver again. Once run turn UAC back on again by doing the reverse as above but his time 'tick' User Account backon, then re start PC.

1024 x 768 or 1152 x 864 if you are using a square monitor as opposed to a wide screen.

For wide sceen you should 'play' around to find the best resolution for your monitor size.

To change screen resolution go to the control panel:

Windows XP: Start - Control panel -display - settings

Windows Vista: Control panel - Appearance and Personalization - Adjust screen resolutiion
