When can I start using the software

Once you have completed the 'SALONBase 'forever' 1st payment' purchase process with HSBC secure ePayments, you will immediately be given a download link. Download the software and start to use, its that straightforward. Remember you still get 60 day free telephone support if you have any problems or alternatively you can email us.

How do I pay and make further payments

From the UK: The balance can be paid either by direct debit, credit card (over the phone or online from this page) or by sending us post dated cheques. Just return to us the completed 'Balance return form' stating your preferred method of payment. Its that easy.

Outside the UK: You will be able to make payments from this page on our website or alternatively you can call us to make a credit card payment over the phone. There is no need to return a balance return form if you are outside the UK.

What happens about the VAT and Invoice

If you are in the UK or EU then you will pay the VAT on each payment you make to us. So the intital payment is £45.00 + VAT you will pay £52.87. When you make further payments VAT will be added to that amount. You will receive a VAT invoice with each payment.

Outside the EU no VAT is added. You will still receive an invoice for each payment we receive.

What happens if I want to take out a support plan

If you decide to take out a support plan you will pay for this separately from the software price. It is not added on to your balance. Support plans can be paid for by credit card, direct debit, or cheque

How much do I end up paying on the EasyPay plan

No more than if you paid the full amount to start with.

Do I have anything further to pay after my final payment

No you don't have anything further to pay ( other than any optional support contract you might want). You can continue to use SALONBase for as long as you want with no further renewals -contracts or payments.

Can I buy my PC on the EASYPay plan

Currently you cannot purchase PC systems on the EasyPay Plan. However you can pay for a PC solution on a credit card or by cheque.

Can I arrange this offer over the phone

We can give you advice over the phone and answer any questions but this offer is currently only available online. However you will still be sent a copy of SALONBase on CD.
