Your password has almost certainly expired or you are using an old password - your new password can be found on the latest invoices we will have provided to you.

Activating your software

If you purchased your software online - to activate your software use the Romancart order no you received when you purchased the software enter the full number ie: RC5812028

Please allow up to 72 hrs for the Romancart order number to become active. To activate from within your software follow the prompts on start up or go to Master setup and select the activate / unlock button.

Enter the Romancart Order No in the Login Password box - please enter your company name and phone number in the other 2 boxes. Please ensure that you activate only on the PC you intend to use it on. If you need to install onto another PC later a charge may apply.

Please ensure that you activate within 28 days of installing.

Only very occasionally!

Install Issues: If your software fails to install and you get a message saying 'Runtime' not found when you start the program- please go to this page and follow the instructions. Once downloaded install the runtime onto your PC and then start application again, using the same desktop icon
